These terms apply to orders placed on this website with DustyDune. Please read them before ordering.

Who we are

DustyDune is a trading name of MIHALY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10253518). Registered office: 5 Okehampton Square, Romford, RM3 8YA, United Kingdom. Email: hello@dustydune.co.uk.

1. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if so, we'll refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total price you pay for the item. UK delivery is free, so there are no extra delivery charges at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery times are set out in our Delivery policy. We will deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you.

4. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photo or video evidence as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Once confirmed, we'll put it right in line with your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Product information

We try to show products accurately. Colours on screen can vary slightly, and sizes and measurements are approximate. Please follow the safety instructions supplied with each product. Some products are not suitable for young children; please check the product description.

7. Our responsibility

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
