Where do you ship from?
All orders are sent from our UK warehouse, so there are no customs charges or import fees.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order to England, Scotland and Wales.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and usually arrive 2-5 working days later. You'll get tracking by email.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind (return postage is paid by you). If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days with photos or a video and we'll sort it out once confirmed. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes. Checkout is run by Shopify and is fully encrypted. We never see or store your card details.
My parcel says delivered but I can't find it
Check with neighbours and any safe place first, then email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.
